Lori Lipman Brown returns to update us on how the past 12 months have catapulted nontheists into an even more prestigious position among members of Congress, theistic allies, and the public. From announcing the first "out" nontheist member of Congress to joining the Leadership Conference on Civil Rights, the Secular Coalition for America is taking the mission to increase nontheist visibility and respectability to the next level. Lori will also update us on the hottest church-state topics in Congress in 2008, and tell us how we can take action.
